Faculty Development (FD)


  1. Empower learners, educators, leaders and scholars in RUSM to conduct research in all fields of medical education.
  2. Promote a positive research culture in our academic community through guidance, collaboration and consultation.
  3. Increase institutional recognition through dissemination of research in medical education.
  4. Promote evidence-based decisions to enhance teaching, curriculum and assessment.
  1. Support medical educators to identify skills and knowledge necessary to their own professional development in teaching and learning, and career advancement in Medical Education.
  2. Provide medical educators the opportunity to enhance their professional development through a variety of accredited pathways.
